Hi! I am Kelsey, the owner and artist behind Elegant Enhancements, LLC. I am a certified microblading artist. My objective was to bring cosmetic tattooing to Hays, Kansas! I take pride in creating beautiful and natural looking eyebrows with a technique known as microblading. Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo. This technique uses a small handheld blade-shaped tool with a row of tiny needles to create hairlike strokes along your eyebrows while depositing pigment into the skin.
